Trial for a Grand Bay man enters second week
The trial for a Grand Bay man for murder has entered its second week at the High Court in Roseau.
Chester Bedminister is on trial for the murder of Presley Fontaine in Grand Bay on October 24, 2015.
The prosecution was expected to call one of its key witnesses Sergeant Jeffrey James to the witness stand on Monday afternoon.
The State’s case is led by State Attorney Sherma Dalrymple, while Peter Alleyne represents the accused.
A 6 woman, three man jury is hearing the case presided over by High Court Judge Justice Victoria Charles Clark.
