Senior Police Officer, Police Service Commission and Others to Square Off in Court.
A senior police officer is challenging a matter against the Police Service Commission and others in the courts.
Inspector Michael Laudat and the Police Service Commission and others should have made an appearance in court on February 25, 2016 but the judge was out of state and a new date is to be announced.
Laudat, who has served as police inspector for the last 13 years, will argue in court that his omission for a higher position in the force is unjustified and others less qualified have been promoted.
The office of Wayne Norde is representing Mr. Laudat in the Matter.
