Salisbury MP Says Constituency not Given Enough Attention
Salisbury MP Hector John has called for attention to be paid to residents of Coulibistrie.
He told the debate on supplementary estimates in Parliament today, that the people have not recovered from the ravages of tropical storm Erica in 2O15.
The Community of Coulibistrie was one of the harder hit communities during the 2015 storm, suffering severe damage to homes and other infrastructure.
John says the water situation in Salisbury is cause for concern.
Meantime, Minister for Public Works and Ports Miriam Blanchard has denied suggestions that opposition held Constituencies are not receiving attention.
She says resources have been invested in the Salisbury Constituency.
