Principal Advisor to the Office of the Prime Minister defends the legality of the CREAD
Principal Advisor to the Office of the Prime Minister Edward Lambert has defended the legality of the Climate Resilient Execution Agency for Dominica CREAD amidst opposition condemnation.
The opposition United Workers Party has condemned the decision of the government to launch the CREAD without first seeking parliamentary approval.
Lambert, who is also a member of the transition committee of the CREAD, says something which does not exist cannot be deemed illegal.
He was speaking on a special program on DBS on Thursday morning.
