High Court Cause List for 2016
Seven murder cases are on the cause list for the first session of the High Court for 2016.
A retrial of the matter involving Herbert Xavier, Lauretta Xavier and Manuella Williams is expected to be heard in the January court session.
The three were found guilty of murdering their brother Harrison Williams in Soufriere in September 2010.
The state versus Vivian Charles and a matter involving Clarence Lewis and Bernie Samuel are also expected to be heard.
The other murder cases involves Daniel Elton Bannis; Asher James, Reginald Mann and McKenley Williams.
There is one matter pertaining to causing death by reckless driving.
Drug trafficking; Unlawful sexual intercourse and indecent assault are also on the cause list.
Several matters are not yet indicted.
