Further time reduction for carnival Monday and Tuesday

The hours for this year’s street jump up on Carnival Monday and Tuesday have been further reduced.

Superintendent of Police Richmond Valentine says patrons will not be expected to be on the streets before 6 am on Carnival Monday.
