Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Calls For Regional Support in Establishing E-judiciary
Chief Justice at the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Her Ladyship Dame Janice Pereira has called on regional governments to support the efforts of the court in the implementation of an E-judiciary.
The Chief Justice remarks came during a special sitting of the High Court on Monday, on the observance of the 50th Anniversary of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
Her Ladyship says the implementation of the electronic filing and case processing will go a long way into improving the functioning of the courts.
Meantime, High Court Judge, Her Worship Victoria Charles Clarke says a number of reforms are needed to improve the operations at the High Court.
