Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Program is top in the world for the second consecutive year
Senior Counsel Anthony Astaphan has described as extraordinary news information from the CBI INDEX rankings which puts Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Program as the top Program in the world for the second year in a row.
Dominica’s CBI Program scored a perfect 10 in 5 of the 7 pillars used in the ratings process.
There were 10’s for due diligence, ease of processing, citizenship timeline, mandatory travel or residence, and minimum investment outlay.
Dominica meanwhile received 7 out of 10 for freedom of movement, and 6 out of 10 for standard of living.
Dominica ended with a final score of 90 percent, 5 percentage points better than St Kitts and Nevis who were second with 85 percent and 9 points better than Grenada with 81 points.
Antigua was 4th and St Lucia 5th as Caribbean countries dominated the top 5 programs in the world.
Pacific country Vanuatu was at number 6.
